Dr. Janelle Allison received her M.S. in applied behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) in 2010. She received her Ph.D in behavior analysis at FIT in 2015. Janelle has been supervising the experience of individuals working towards BCaBA and BCBA certification since 2012. In addition to the provision of behavior analytic supervision, Dr. Allison also provides parent training and behavior management services to at risk families and families involved in the dependency court and foster care systems throughout Brevard County, Florida. Dr. Allison’s professional experience includes early intervention program case management, the assessment and treatment of severe behavior, and the assessment and treatment of mealtime related problem behavior. Dr. Allison has co-authored 6 research articles. Her research interests include the assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders, severe behavior disorders, and child compliance, as well as the use of the Implicit Relational Assessment Procedure to examine complex human behavior.

Nick is interested in developing competent Organizational Behavior Management practitioners through quality supervision.  Nick leverages the science of behavior to positively influence business results. Applied experience in a range of settings, from the Fortune 30 to small businesses alike, combined with years of research experience have cultivated his passion for performance management, safety, quality improvement, leadership development, and training. Nick holds advanced degrees in Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Currently, Nick is working as an Organizational Behavior Management Expert for Factari LLC., in Orlando, Florida.

Trudy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her professional training, experience, and academics are based primarily in the field of ABA using a variety of approaches such as functional behavior assessments to intervention design and implementation. She trains, coaches, and supervises BACB students, Registered Behavior Technicians, and conducts family and community trainings. Her professional philosophy is to provide ABA applications in the most functional, practical, and effective way in order to create the best quality of life. Ms. Georgio taught in the public school system as a Special Education teacher before beginning her career in 2011 in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She continued her education at the University of South Carolina, completing BACB approved coursework in Special Education; Severe and Multiple Disabilities to become a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst. She completed the Master in Education; Curriculum and Instruction program with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University, to become a BCBA. She is currently continuing her studies as an Educational Psychology Doctoral Student at Texas A&M University.
